The correct answer is Wanita Young. Young sued the two teenage girls for apparently causing an anxiety attack that sent her to the emergency room at the local hospital.

The two teenage girls were sued for $900 which was enough to cover the costs of Wanita's hospital visit. The judge declined to offer Wanita any other compensation.

The lawsuit occurred in Durango Colorado. Interestingly, the sun did not set until around 9:00 PM, which may have made the time seem earlier to the two girls.

The girls made batches of chocolate chip and sugar cookies and placed a heart shaped note on the plates telling the recipient who they were and wished them a good night.

Nine neighbors in total received the teenage girls generous gift. Several of the neighbors sent letters to the court saying how much they appreciated the delicious gift.

One of the teenage girls 'cried and cried' after the judgment, because she felt that she was doing a kind deed and should not be punished for it.

The girls wrote Wanita letters apologizing for causing the anxiety attack. Wanita said the apology was 'false' since it was not done in person.

The judge said he didn't think the girls acted maliciously, however, he did think they out a bit late to be going door to door.

The girl's boyfriends were never mentioned in the article.

The cookies were delivered to Wanita's house at 10:30. The girls set out to deliver the cookies at 9:00 just as it was getting dark.
